Upon completion of the application please email the completed application to [email protected].  You can type your name on the signature line, save the application and then attach the application to an email to us.  Please make sure the application is completed in its entirety.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.  A volunteer with Faithful Hearts will contact you within 1-3 days once application is submitted and our adoption committee has an opportunity to review your application.   If you have further questions please contact (478) 231-6942.  Thank you for inquiring. 


Toby is a four year old Terrier mix male who has been neutered. He has an independent personality and the most soulful eyes. Toby moved with his owner form Texas back home to take care of family, and due to limited space and health (owner) issues, a heart breaking decision for the owner was to rehome Toby. Toby plays independently, loves to run and play, knows the commands, “Inside,” “Out,”  “Sit,” “No,” and “Up.”  He loves to be brushed, rubbed and play with his LambChop. Toby would be great for a single person, a retired couple or in a house without young children.  Not a fan of cats or chickens or mice,  He will howl to a harmonica. He also likes to watch football, especially the Georgia Bulldogs. Owner will assist with adoption fees if right home is found.

Adoption Process & Fees: We generally require a $150-$200 adoption fee for adopting dogs and we have an application that must be completed and approved prior to adoption. Adoption fees may vary.  Contact us for more information on why we charge a fee at all and how our application process works.
